Welcome to use Clean Most and related services!
Before using Clean Most and related services, please carefully read and fully understand the entire contents of the Clean Most User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") , especially the important contents such as the bolded disclaimers or liability limitation clauses , rights license and information use clauses, applicable laws and dispute resolution clauses . If you are under the age of 18, you can only use this service with the accompaniment and explicit consent of your legal guardian.
Unless you fully accept all the contents of this Agreement, please do not download, install, use (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Use") Clean Most , or use Clean Most services in any way , or obtain any services provided by Clean Most (collectively referred to as "Use" in this Agreement). If you use Clean Most and related services, it is deemed that you have fully understood this Agreement and promised to be bound by it as a party to this Agreement.
1.1 This Agreement is an agreement between you and the Developer (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") regarding your downloading, installation, and use of the Clean Most application and related services. Certain services covered under this Agreement may be provided to you by the Developer's affiliated developers or controlling developers. Your knowledge and agreement to accept the above services shall be deemed as acceptance that the relevant rights and obligations between the two parties are also subject to this Agreement.
1.2 The "user" or " you " referred to in this Agreement includes all natural persons, legal persons and other organizations that directly or indirectly use Clean Most and related services .
1.3 Clean Most is a client application legally owned and operated by the developer and marked with the name Clean Most. It provides you with diversified photo editing functions and services including but not limited to photo display, image and text editing, voice annotation, social interaction (comments/likes) and content sharing .
1.4 The content of this Agreement covers all kinds of supplementary agreements, rules and statements that the developer has published and may subsequently deliver to users through system notifications, official website announcements and other appropriate means . Once such content is officially released, it will become an integral part of this Agreement, and you shall comply with and be bound by it.
2.1 Users can obtain the Clean Most client application through official pre-installation channels or third-party platforms authorized by the developer. Any software version obtained through channels not officially authorized by the developer is considered an unofficial version. The developer does not guarantee its availability and security, and the user shall bear any losses incurred thereby.
2.2 Developers may provide differentiated software versions for different operating systems and terminal devices. Users should obtain, download and install the appropriate application version based on the actual device conditions .
2.3 Users can decide on their own the use and update of Clean Most and related services. If they no longer need to use Clean Most and related services, they can stop using and uninstall the application .
2.4 To better enhance user experience and services, the developer will provide software updates or changes from time to time (including but not limited to function optimization, version upgrades , development of new services, etc.). To ensure the security of Clean Most and related services and improve user services, when possible, the developer will notify users through in-app notifications, official website announcements, and other appropriate means after the software and related services are updated or some service content is updated. Users have the right to choose whether to accept the updated version or service . If the user does not accept, some functions will be restricted or cannot be used anymore.
2.5 Without the developer's explicit written authorization, no user may conduct any unauthorized access or use of Clean Most and related services, including but not limited to adaptation, copying, dissemination, vertical search, mirroring or trading.
2.6 Users need to equip themselves with terminal devices that meet the requirements and use relevant network services. Once you start the Clean Most application on your terminal device , you are deemed to have used Clean Most and related services , and the resulting network communication costs (such as data traffic, etc.) shall be borne by the user.
2.7 The Developer grants the User the right to use Clean Most and related services in a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and non-commercial manner . All other rights not expressly authorized in this Agreement remain reserved by the Developer, and the User must obtain the Developer's written permission when exercising such rights. At the same time, if the Developer does not exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
3.1 User Behavior Requirements
You shall bear full responsibility for your use of Clean Most and related services . Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing by the developer, you shall not engage in the following actions:
3.1.1 Use any plug-in, plugin, system or third-party tool that is not authorized or licensed by the developer to interfere with, damage, tamper with or otherwise affect the normal operation of Clean Most and related services .
3.1.2 Use or target Clean Most and related services to conduct any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to:
(1) Activities that endanger network security, such as illegally intruding into other people's networks, interfering with the normal functions of other people's networks, stealing network data, etc.;
(2) Providing programs and tools specifically used to conduct activities that endanger network security, such as intrusion into the network, interference with the normal functions and protection measures of the network, and theft of network data;
(3) Knowingly providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, etc. to others who are engaged in activities that endanger network security;
(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(5) Accessing a public computer network or another person's computer system without permission and deleting, modifying or adding stored information;
(6) Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the Clean Most system or network without permission or other acts that undermine network security;
(7) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Clean Most system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other acts that disrupt or interfere with normal network information services;
(8) Forging network data packet information , including but not limited to TCP/IP data packet names or part of the names.
3.1.3 Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of Clean Most .
3.1.4 Other acts that violate laws and regulations, this Agreement, the developer's relevant rules, and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. If a user violates the rules, the developer has the right to: review and delete the content of reports and complaints, including but not limited to user information and chat records, at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the violating account, including but not limited to warnings , restricted functions, and banned accounts , depending on the severity of the case, and notify the results of the handling in an appropriate manner .
3.1.5 The banned users can appeal through beida968676@163.com . The appeal will be reviewed and the decision on whether to change the penalty will be made at the user's discretion.
3.2 Content Standards
Clean Most and related services, users should consciously abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations, public order, social morality, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, moral customs, and information authenticity. Users may not use Clean Most and related services to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate content containing the following:
(1) Content that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution ;
(2) Content that endangers national security or leaks state secrets ;
(3) Content that subverts state power, overthrows the socialist system, incites the splitting of the country, or undermines national unity ;
(4) Content that damages the national honor and interests ;
(5) Content that promotes terrorism or extremism ;
(6) Content that promotes ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermines ethnic unity ;
(7) Content that incites regional discrimination or regional hatred ;
(8) Content that undermines the state's religious policies and promotes cults and superstitions ;
(9) Fabricating and spreading rumors or false information that disrupt economic and social order and undermine social stability ;
(10) content that is violent, obscene, pornographic, gambling, murderous, terrorist, or instigating crime ;
(11) Content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harms the physical and mental health of minors ;
(12) Content that secretly photographs or records others without their permission, or infringes upon the legal rights of others ;
(13) Content that is horrific, violent, bloody, highly dangerous, or harmful to the physical and mental health of the performer or others ;
(14) Content that endangers network security or uses the Internet to endanger national security, honor, and interests ;
(15) Content that insults or defames others or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others ;
(16) Content that intimidates or threatens others with violence, or conducts human flesh searches ;
(17) Content involving other people’s privacy, personal information or data ;
(18) content that undermines social order and morality ;
(19) Content that infringes upon the privacy, reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights and other legal rights of others ;
(20) Disseminating commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, or spam information;
(21) Comments in languages other than the language commonly used on this website ;
(22) Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good morals, interferes with the normal operation of Clean Most , or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
3.3 Complaints and Reports
The developer has set up a public complaint and reporting platform. Users can file complaints and report all kinds of illegal and irregular behaviors, illegal dissemination activities, illegal and harmful information to the Clean Most team at beida968676@163.com in accordance with the complaint and reporting system announced by the developer. We will promptly accept and handle user complaints and reports to jointly maintain a good network environment.
4.1 We always put the protection of user personal information in the first place. When using Clean Most services, you may need to provide necessary personal information so that we can provide you with better services and corresponding technical support. You acknowledge and agree that the developer has the right to obtain, use, store and share your personal information on the premise of complying with laws and regulations , this Agreement and the Privacy Policy .
4.2 To protect your information security and prevent your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure , the Developer will take the following measures:
( 1 ) Deploy industry-standard encryption technology;
( 2 ) Implement data anonymization
( 3 ) Establish a sound safety management system
( 4 ) Adopt other technical means compatible with the Clean Most service
4.3 During your use of Clean Most , we promise not to collect or use your important information such as bank cards, third-party payment accounts and corresponding passwords without your explicit authorization and consent. You shall bear the risks and losses caused by the leakage of the above information due to improper personal operation.
4.4 Without your prior explicit authorization, we will not share your personal information with any third party other than the Developer and its affiliates, except in the following circumstances:
( 1 ) You choose to share with a third party ;
( 2 ) involving major public interests such as national security and public safety ;
( 3 ) Disclosure or provision in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, mandatory administrative and judicial requirements, or directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments. Subject to compliance with laws and regulations, when we receive a request for the above-mentioned disclosure of information, we will require the other party to produce corresponding legal documents, such as a subpoena or investigation letter. We will carefully review all requests to ensure that they have a legal basis and are limited to data that administrative and judicial departments have the legal right to obtain for specific investigation purposes;
( 4 ) To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, in order to safeguard the life, property and other major legal rights of other Clean Most users, developers and their affiliates, or for the safe and stable operation of Clean Most and related services, such as finding, preventing, and handling illegal activities such as fraud and reducing credit risks (excluding the disclosure or provision of personal information for profit purposes in violation of the commitments made in the Clean Most Privacy Policy);
( 5 ) Personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.;
( 6 ) Other circumstances permitted by laws and regulations .
4.5 If Clean Most contains links to information or other services (including websites) provided by third parties, you are aware and understand that the third parties operating such services may require you to provide relevant personal information. We especially remind you that you need to carefully read the user agreements, privacy policies and other relevant terms of such third parties, properly protect your personal information, and only provide it to such third parties when necessary. This Agreement (and other agreements and rules related to Clean Most , including but not limited to the Clean Most Privacy Policy) does not apply to any services provided by any third party, and the Developer shall not bear any legal responsibility for any consequences that may arise from the use of personal information provided by you by a third party.

Without the written permission of the Developer, the User shall not, on his/her own or authorize, allow, or assist any third party to conduct the following actions on the information content in Clean Most and related services under this Agreement:
5.1 Unauthorized copying, reading or using the information content of Clean Most and related services for commercial purposes including but not limited to promotion, increasing reading volume or page views;
5.2 Edit, organize, or arrange the information content of Clean Most and related services without authorization, and display it on platforms or channels other than the source pages of Clean Most and related services;
5.3 Use any form of identification technology , including but not limited to special logos, special codes, etc. , to conduct traffic diversion, hijacking, or other actions that may have adverse effects on the information or content of Clean Most and related services, either by yourself or with the assistance of a third party;
5.4 Obtain information content of Clean Most and related services by crawling, malicious caching or other illegal means, or perform other acts that infringe the platform's data rights.
6.1 If you violate this Agreement or other terms of service, the developer has the right to independently judge and take corresponding measures according to the circumstances. For suspected violations of laws and regulations or suspected crimes, the developer will retain relevant records, report to the competent authorities and cooperate in investigations in accordance with the law.
6.2 If you violate this Agreement or other terms of service and cause third-party complaints or lawsuits, you shall bear all legal responsibilities independently. If the developer and its affiliated developers or controlled developers need to bear compensation liability to third parties or receive administrative penalties from state agencies due to your illegal or breach of contract behavior, you shall fully compensate the developer and its affiliated developers or controlled developers for the direct and indirect losses (including but not limited to economic losses, damage to goodwill, rights protection costs, etc.) suffered as a result.
6.3 The developer shall respect and protect the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights and other legal rights of legal persons and natural persons in accordance with the law. You promise not to infringe on the intellectual property rights, personality rights (including but not limited to reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights) or other legal rights of any third party when using Clean Most and related services to produce, copy, publish and disseminate information. You shall bear all legal responsibilities for all claims made by third parties ; if the developer and its affiliated developers and controlled developers suffer losses (including economic losses, loss of goodwill, litigation costs, etc.) due to your infringement, you shall fully compensate the developer and its affiliated developers and controlled developers for all direct and indirect losses.
7.1 You are clearly aware of and voluntarily accept that Clean Most and related services are provided in accordance with the current status of existing technology and conditions . The developer will do its best to ensure the stable operation of the service and data security, but due to technical limitations and objective external risks, such as force majeure events, network viruses or Trojan attacks, hacker intrusions, system failures, third-party service anomalies, etc., may cause service interruption, data loss or other losses. You must fully understand such risks.
7.2 You understand and agree that the developer has the right to modify, suspend, terminate or terminate Clean Most and related services after prior notice in the form of an announcement in order to ensure the continuous optimization and overall operation of the service. In this case, the developer does not need to bear any responsibility or compensation obligation to users for the above operations.
8.1 When using Clean Most and related services, you fully understand and agree that the Service may include information publishing, advertising promotion or brand marketing services provided by the Developer for individuals or enterprises. You agree that the Developer has the right to display commercial advertisements, promotional content or information (including commercial and non-commercial information) related to the Service and/or third-party suppliers and partners in Clean Most and related services.
8.2 If you do not agree to receive specific advertising information, you have the right to choose to turn off such advertising; for Clean Most's push notification service, you have the right to turn off the service or stop using Clean Most and related services.
8.3 The developer will perform advertising and promotion related obligations in accordance with the law. You need to judge the authenticity, legality and reliability of the advertisements or promotional information by yourself and be responsible for your own judgment. Unless otherwise expressly provided by laws and regulations, you will be solely responsible for any purchases or transactions caused by such advertisements or promotional information or any damages or losses suffered thereby, and the developer will not be liable.
9.1 The intellectual property rights of all content provided by the developer in Clean Most and related services (including but not limited to software, technical solutions, program codes, web interfaces, text works, pictures, images, audio, video, electronic documents, etc.) belong to the developer. The copyright, patent rights and other intellectual property rights of the software on which the developer provides this service are also exclusively owned by the developer. Without the explicit permission of the developer, no one may use the above content in any form without authorization (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading content in Clean Most and related services through automatic devices such as web crawlers, spider programs, data crawling tools, etc. or manual methods , etc.).
9.2 Developers provide complete technical support for the development and operation of Clean Most, and have full ownership and control over all data and information (including but not limited to user data, operational data, business data, etc.) generated during the development and operation of the service.
9.3 Without the prior written authorization of the developer, you may not use any trademark, service mark, trade name, domain name, website name or other brand identification features (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Logos") of the developer in any scenario. Specific prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: using the above logos alone or in combination for display, applying for trademark registration, domain name registration, or explicitly/implying to others that you have the right to use or dispose of such logos. If the developer or a third party suffers losses due to your use of the logos in violation of these terms, you shall bear all legal responsibilities and compensation obligations.
1 0 .1 If the user is a minor under the age of 18, he/she should read this Agreement and use Clean Most and related services under the supervision, guidance and consent of his/her guardian .
1 0 .2 The developer attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. When minors fill in their personal information, please strengthen their awareness of personal protection and treat it with caution. Please use Clean Most and related services correctly under the guidance of your guardian .
10.3 Minor users understand that if you violate laws , regulations, or the contents of this Agreement, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom in accordance with the law.
1 0 .4 Special tips for minors:
10.4.1 When young people use this software and related services , they should learn to use the Internet correctly within a reasonable range under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, avoid being addicted to the virtual cyberspace, and develop good Internet habits.
10.4.2 Young users must abide by the National Youth Network Civility Convention:
(1) Be good at online learning and avoid browsing harmful information;
(2) Communicate honestly and in a friendly manner, and do not insult or deceive others;
(3) Enhance self-protection awareness and do not casually date online friends;
(4) Maintain network security and do not disrupt network order;
(5) It should be beneficial to physical and mental health, and not addictive to virtual time and space.
11 .1 You are aware of and willing to bear the following risks: Clean Most and related services may be affected by multiple factors such as technology, network, and third parties. The developer does not provide any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
11.1.1 The developer is fully suitable for the user's usage requirements;
11.1.2 The Developer will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable or error-free; and any software, services or other materials obtained by Users through the Developer will meet Users' expectations;
11.1.3 All errors in the software will be corrected in a timely manner.
11.2 The user reads, understands and agrees that this agreement is to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good customs, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others. The developer will make every effort to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within its capabilities, but it does not guarantee that the developer's judgment is completely consistent with that of the judicial and administrative authorities. The user has understood and agreed to bear the consequences arising therefrom.
11 .3 Developers obtain the right to deal with illegal and unlawful content in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of the developer, and the developer cannot guarantee to discover illegal activities in a timely manner or take appropriate measures.
11 .4 The user reads, understands and agrees that the developer does not provide any type of guarantee or condition for the services under this agreement (including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, etc.). You shall bear all risks of using the services and related software, including but not limited to data loss, equipment failure or business loss.
11 .5 The user understands and agrees that in the process of using Clean Most and related services, you may encounter force majeure and other factors (force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome or avoided), including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters, network reasons, hacker attacks, wars or any other similar events. In the event of force majeure, the developer will strive to repair it in a timely manner as soon as possible, but the user agrees that the developer will not be responsible for losses caused to the user due to force majeure.
12.1 The conclusion, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of mainland China. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable due to conflict with the laws of mainland China, such provision shall be amended to the maximum extent permitted by law to be as close as possible to the original intention of the provision, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.2 This Agreement is signed in Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, People's Republic of China. If you have a dispute with the Developer, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction over Tianhe District, Guangzhou City for resolution through litigation.
12.3 The relevant terms in this Agreement will be continuously improved and adjusted during the software testing and external release process. We will publish the improved terms in an appropriate manner and proactively notify you to review them. Once the aforementioned improved terms are officially released, they will become an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement. If you continue to use Clean Most after this Agreement is improved , it will be deemed that you recognize and accept the modified terms of the Agreement. If you have any objections to the modified terms, please stop using Clean Most immediately .
12.4 The titles of the clauses in this Agreement are for ease of reading only and shall not affect the specific meaning or legal interpretation of the clauses.
12.5 You and the Developer are independent legal entities. This Agreement does not constitute any form of agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship. The Developer does not assume any express or implied warranty liability to you, except as otherwise provided by law.
12.6 The copyright and right of interpretation of this Agreement belong to the Developer. The Developer reserves the right to modify and update the terms of the Agreement, and the modified terms will take effect in the form of publication.
