Before you apply for a Clean Most membership account or use any membership service provided by the Platform, please carefully read and fully understand the following terms. This Agreement is used to define the exclusive rights and interests that you can obtain after paying to become a Clean Most member, the usage regulations that you should abide by, and the rights and obligations of both the platform and the user. According to the provisions of this Agreement, you will enjoy the advanced functions and exclusive services provided by the platform. We will strictly follow the terms of this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations to provide you with stable and reliable advanced function services (including but not limited to exclusive content rights, function expansion, member-exclusive activities, etc.).

 

1. Definition and Description

1.1 "Clean Most" under this Agreement refers to a comprehensive service platform developed, operated and managed by Liu Jianbin (sole proprietorship), and its service forms include but are not limited to iOS mobile client applications, official websites and related technical support systems. The membership services provided by the platform to users refer to a combination of advanced functions, exclusive content and other value-added services based on a paid subscription model, including the right to use exclusive functions, priority access to content, customized services and other rights (the service list is subject to the real-time announcement of the platform).

1.2 Membership and Code of Conduct
Clean Most members refer to natural persons/legal persons/other organizations that have completed paid subscriptions, have normal account status, and continue to comply with this Agreement and platform rules. Membership is exclusive and time-limited, and can only be used by the registered account holder, and may not be transferred, lent, or used for commercial purposes. Members should keep their account information properly and bear legal responsibility for all actions carried out through the account.

1.3 Rules System and Agreement Updates
The Clean Most membership service rules system includes the agreement text, announcements, FAQ documents, activity rules and other documents released by the platform, which constitute the operating guidelines for users to use the service. The platform has the right to notify the revised agreement in advance through system prompts, in-site letters, etc. The updated terms will automatically take effect from the date of release and become an effective part of this agreement. If the user does not accept the revised content, he should stop using the service immediately; continued use will be deemed to fully accept the revised terms of the agreement.

 

 

2. Member service content and member rights

2.1 Membership Subscription Service Description

Clean Most membership service adopts a paid subscription model. Users can choose different subscription packages (such as monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) through the official designated channels (including but not limited to in-app payment and official website subscription page), and become a Clean Most member after paying the fee according to the price and payment method announced on the page. The subscription validity period is calculated from the date of successful payment, and the specific service period is subject to the package type purchased by the user.

2.3 Membership Benefits

Clean Most may grant extension, benefit upgrade, price reduction and other preferential policies to users who have opened or have not opened Dot Scan membership at different stages according to the actual operation situation. The specific preferential policies shall be subject to the content of Clean Most's notification on the relevant service page. If you are a user who meets the above conditions, you are entitled to the above preferential policies.

 

2.4 Benefits Restrictions and Explanations

Member rights are limited to the registered account holder and cannot be transferred or shared. If any abnormal account sharing behavior is found, Clean Most has the right to suspend the service and pursue liability for breach of contract. During the subscription period, the service content may change due to technical upgrades, cooperation adjustments, etc. The platform will inform members through an internal message 7 days in advance, and the adjusted content will automatically apply to all registered members.

 

3. Charges and cancellations

3.1 Payment Methods

Clean Most membership service is paid for through the subscription mechanism in the IOS system. It is a virtual digital product and adopts a transaction model of payment before service. It does not have financial attributes such as deposits and prepayments. Once the user completes the payment, the service is deemed to be effective immediately, and refunds must be requested through the customer service channel.

 

3.2 Rates

The charging standards are independently determined by us based on our operating costs, operating strategies, etc. (adjustments include but are not limited to promotions, price increases, etc.), and will be displayed to you on the relevant product service promotion and payment pages; if the relevant charging method changes during your purchase and renewal, the charging method we actually accept will prevail; if the price of the relevant service is adjusted, it shall be based on the currently valid price announced on our platform (except where we have otherwise agreed with you). 3.3 Continuous Subscription Description

In order to protect the rights and interests of users and ensure service continuity, Clean Most now launches a periodic subscription service, including four modes: weekly subscription, monthly subscription, quarterly subscription and annual subscription. By subscribing and using this service, users are deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to all the terms of this agreement.

(1) Continuous subscription rules

(a) This service is applicable to users who have activated their membership, and is designed to ensure service continuity through an automated renewal mechanism. When users confirm their subscription, they authorize this platform to automatically initiate renewal deductions before the expiration of the service period in accordance with Apple's IOS payment rules, without the need to repeatedly verify payment credentials.

(b) The calculation rules for the deduction cycle are as follows: Weekly subscription: automatically renewed every 7 days (for example, if the subscription is on March 29, the deduction date for the next period is April 5); Monthly subscription: deduction on the 1st day before the end of each month (for example, if the subscription is on March 29, the deduction date for the next period is April 28); Quarterly subscription: deduction on the 28th day of the last month of each quarter (for example, if the subscription is on March 29, the deduction date for the next period is June 28); Yearly subscription: deduction on the 1st day of the corresponding month of the following year (for example, if the subscription is on March 29, the deduction date for the next period is March 28 of the following year).

(c) Deduction Execution Mechanism: The platform will initiate the first deduction 24 hours before the service expires. If the available balance in the account is lower than the amount payable, the system will make a second deduction attempt within 24 hours after the first deduction fails. If both deductions fail, the membership service will be automatically terminated, and the risk of service interruption caused by this will be borne by the user.

(d) Fee Standard: The subscription fee is based on the price agreed upon when the user first activates the service; when participating in limited-time promotions, the promotional pricing will be applied; if the user unsubscribes and then resubscribes, the price published at the time of resubscription will be applied.

(2) Termination of Continuous Subscription

(a) Default renewal rules: After a user successfully subscribes, the system will continue to execute the automatic renewal process until it receives a clear termination instruction.

(b) The termination instructions are as follows. Users can cancel their subscription through the iOS system by following the following path: Open the iPhone's "Settings", enter "iTunes Store and App Store", click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions", and select " Clean Most " to cancel the subscription.

(c) Termination of validity: After successfully canceling the subscription, the membership privileges will be automatically terminated when the current service period expires. The deducted fees will not be refunded, and the user can continue to enjoy the rights and interests until the end of the current period.

 

4. Intellectual Property Statement

4.1 Ownership of Rights

Clean Most platform enjoys the intellectual property rights of all technological achievements and content resources, including but not limited to software systems, interface design, data architecture, functional modules, etc. The intellectual property rights involved in the exclusive services provided by the platform to members are jointly owned by the platform, content partners and related entities. The right to use the functions obtained by users through membership services is based on non-exclusive, non-transferable limited authorization and does not involve any form of intellectual property transfer.

4.2 Restrictions on Use

Templates, materials, special effects and other digital content downloaded by members through the platform are limited to use in personal learning, non-commercial creation and home entertainment scenarios. Without the written permission of the platform, it is prohibited to use relevant resources for commercial communication, secondary development, public demonstration, profitable services or other commercial purposes. Members shall not reverse engineer, crack or modify the technical implementation methods of the platform functions.

4.3 Legal Liability

Any use beyond the scope of authorization of this clause shall constitute intellectual property infringement, and the platform has the right to immediately terminate the service and pursue legal liability for infringement. If the platform or a third party suffers losses due to illegal use by members, the infringing party shall bear full compensation liability. The effectiveness of this clause is independent of other clauses of the agreement and shall not become invalid due to termination of the agreement.

 

5. User Behavior Guidelines and Violation Handling

5.1 User Code of Conduct

Obligations for Compliance You shall abide by national laws and regulations, industry norms and the provisions of this Agreement, and ensure that all actions implemented through the membership service are legal and compliant. You shall not use the membership function to engage in any activities that endanger national security, undermine social public interests or public order and good customs.

a. Prohibition of infringement of rights and interests You may not use membership services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights and other legal rights of any subject, including but not limited to:​

Unauthorized tampering, copying and dissemination of member-exclusive materials (such as templates, special effects);

Stealing other people's accounts to use membership functions, or assisting others in bypassing the platform verification mechanism;​

b. Reasonable use of functions The functions should be used reasonably in accordance with the original design intention of the membership service. The following abuses are prohibited:​

Use functions such as " email cleaning " and "video compression" to generate junk content in batches (such as advertising emails and malicious traffic-generating links);

Reverse engineering, cracking, data grabbing or interface tampering of member services through technical means;​

c. Use the "Smart Cleaning" and " Schedule Management " functions to illegally obtain and store other people's private data.

Content Publishing Rules Content generated or published through membership services must comply with the platform community conventions and must not contain:​

False information, misleading content or deceptive advertising;​

Pornography, violence, terrorism, hate speech and other illegal and illegal information;

Links, codes or promotional information that interfere with the operation of the Platform.

 

5.2 Measures for handling violations

Identification and handling of violations If you violate this Agreement or the platform rules, we have the right to take one or more of the following measures based on the circumstances of the violation:​

Risk warning: Violation warnings will be sent via in-site messages, text messages, etc., requiring rectification within a specified period of time;​

Function restriction: suspend or restrict the use of some member functions;​

Account disposal: temporarily freeze the account until the violation is corrected, or permanently terminate the membership service and cancel the account;​

Legal accountability: For suspected illegal or criminal acts, report to the judicial authorities and submit relevant evidence in accordance with the law.

Compensation for Losses If your violation causes damage to our rights and interests or those of a third party, you shall bear all liability for compensation, including but not limited to attorney fees, litigation costs, rights protection costs and other direct or indirect losses.

 

6. Change, interruption and termination of member services

6.1 Changes to Services

The platform has the right to modify the content of membership services based on technical updates, policy adjustments, etc., and notify you through in-app announcements or text messages. If you do not agree to the changed service content, you can cancel your membership at any time, but the rights and interests that have taken effect will not be affected.

6.2 Service Interruption

Due to force majeure such as server maintenance, network failure, etc., the platform may temporarily suspend service, but will try to minimize the impact and restore in time. If the interruption time exceeds 48 hours, the platform will pro rata extend the membership validity period or provide compensation.

6.3 Termination of Service

You can cancel your membership at any time through the settings in the App, and any unused benefits will automatically become invalid after termination. If you violate this agreement or laws and regulations, the platform has the right to unilaterally terminate the service without refunding the fees.

 

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises between the two parties due to this Agreement, it shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if the negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the Guangzhou Tianhe District People's Court.

      This Agreement shall come into force on the date when the user completes the membership service ordering process and pays the service fee in full. The validity period of the service shall be determined by the membership service period selected by the user.

8.2 Procedure for Amending Terms
The platform reserves the right to amend this agreement through reasonable means such as in-app announcements, in-site messages, and text messages. The amended agreement will take effect 7 calendar days after the announcement date. If the user continues to use the membership service after the amendment, it will be deemed that the amendment is fully accepted.

8.3 Statement of Independence of Clauses
If some clauses of this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the legal validity of other clauses. The parties to the Agreement shall continue to perform the remaining valid clauses, which shall still be fully binding on both parties.
